The New Plan
Hi, friends!
As many of you have probably noticed, it has been a long time since I have written. There have been a few contributing factors that have made it really difficult for me to find the time to write… but I think I have come up with a solution! :-)
First, let me tell you what has been going on:
The engagement party took place about three weeks ago, and that was a crazy, crazy time. It was so much fun, and my family made sure to make it such a special event for Greyson and I. There was a vintage-style theme, with beautiful brunch munchies that were absolutely dee-lish, cupcakes that were as cute as they were delightful, and champagne cocktails that were offered to everyone as they walked into the party. It was so nice to have almost all of my bridal party there with me, and all of Grey’s groomsmen were able to make it, so that was just wonderful. I can’t stress enough how fabulous the party was. It truly was a party that I will always remember.
I started a new job this past week — and I absolutely love it. It is a ton of work, and I usually come home feeling pretty tired, but I work with some amazing people and so far I am just having a great time. But along with a new job comes a new schedule, and as you can see, I haven’t had much time to blog these past few weeks. So, this is my plan…
I am going to try to start setting aside a portion of time on Sundays to blog about the previous week. There will be several posts about recipes, books, and, of course, wedding planning. :-) I already have designated Saturday mornings/afternoons as wedding planning time with my mom, so Sundays will give me a great amount of information and fun stuff to share with you all!
I do really well with a scheduled routine, so this is going to be good for me. I am so looking forward to getting back to what I love to do so much — writing. Thanks for waiting for me, and I am so happy to be back.
